Terms: Pre-paid balance can be applied to different services over time. memberships are only valid for up to 1year from the date of purchase. all purchases will be recorded and kept for up to the same duration of the purchased membership.

Memberships are non-refundable. Memeberships may be canceled at anytime; however pre-exsisting balances are considered purchases and are therefore a final sale and non-refundable, We advised you to use your remainder balance before ending your membership.
